Home Elevators: What We Offer

Home Elevators: What We Offer
Share:

Although a stair lift is the most common solution when the stairs in your home have become a challenge, they’re not the best solution for everyone. If you or your loved one requires a little more space for a wheelchair, a power scooter or simply when decor and aesthetics are at top of mind, residential elevators have become a quite popular choice. Much like a stair lift, Residential or Home Elevators have been designed and crafted to make your life easier and safer when the stairs have become too much, all while offering a range of features and conveniences not available with other solutions.

Why choose a residential home elevator?

What benefit does a home elevator have over other mobility options like a stair lift or platform lift? Our home elevators can carry two people comfortably, including wheelchairs and scooters, whereas stair lifts do not have the capacity to do that. We offer three types of elevators: through-the-floor, transitional and outdoor.

Through-the-floor elevators

Through-the-floor elevators are very poplar with many of our customers due to their incredibly small footprint, placement options and ease of installation. These elevators are not only beautifully crafted, they require very little construction and time to install, making them an attractive, alternative option for many of our customers.

Our Juno Elevator is a through-the-floor elevator we provide. The Juno provides a smooth and quiet through-floor travel and includes external controls on both floors. Because of its compact size, when the Juno elevator is not in use, you can have full use of your living space. The Juno is available in several size options, and offers a complete array of safety features, and option upgrades to suit. The Juno is an elegant and customizable solution and an exceptional upgrade to any home.

Transitional elevators

Some of our residential elevators require a hoistway or shaft to be built in your home. Our transitional elevators include Victorian, Elite and our Elite Plus elevators.

Outdoor elevators

Not only do we offer indoor elevators, we also offer outdoor elevators. If you don’t have a lot of space inside your home, or would like to have easy access to an elevated porch or deck, an outdoor elevator is a good choice. All of our outdoor elevators are weather-resistant and have been designed with durability in mind. We offer both the AmeriGlide Outdoor Elevator as well as the Victorian Outdoor.
