What is the weight capacity of AmeriGlide elevators?
Our residential elevators can carry between 400-1000 lbs while our commercial elevators can safely hold as much as 1,400 pounds! Note that in order to get these certifications, our products had to go through tests with 5 times these weight capacities.
What is the process of purchasing an AmeriGlide elevator?
Our process is easy and thorough. First, contact one of our elevator specialists. They will take the time to explain the process and give you the information you need to get started. Second, they will send you the elevator planning guide. You will want to go over this with your architect or general contractor. The architect/GC will evaluate the space and plans for the home. Next, discuss your needs (cab size, entry exit). We will work with you to fulfill all requirements of the elevator project. Lastly, we will schedule the shipment and installation of the elevator.
What kind of warranty do AmeriGlide elevators come with?

Are AmeriGlide Elevators safe?
All AmeriGlide elevators meets or exceeds national safety standards and codes.
Each elevator comes with standard safety features. These are the most common:

Yes. We provide easy and affordable financing through our partner, Bread ®, so you can pay for your purchase over time.*
Veterans may be eligible for financing or reimbursement through their local VA. Your local Area Agency on Aging and the Federal Housing Administration can be of help, as well.
