Pros A blessing just what I needed to get to my basement where laundry is located. No more painfull getting up and down the stairs. I love the extra remotes so I can send the laundry basket up to my husband and he can send the empty back down. |
Cons I just wish I had gotten it sonner. |
Service & Delivery It came a little earlier than we expected, the installer called the same day it arrived and put it in the next day. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. explained everything to us and stayed until we were sure of ourselves that we could use it |

A Little About Myself Lift chain is for my wife. after a stroke she had problems with going up and down the stairs, the lift chair works great. she loves it. |

Service & Delivery It did come in tow shipments. chair came one day, rail came the next, only thing i could not find was how close to the wall you can put it. I emaled them and they told me. |
