I love this Stairlift! My husband had it installed in just a couple of hours, and I've used it every day for a couple of months now. As i said earlier, I am 73 and my wife is 69. I weigh 270 lbs. and my wife weighs 255 lbs. We installed the lift chair from the first floor to the basement where our entertainment center is. It was hard for me to get up and down the steps, and my wife could not navigate the stairs at all. We have had our stair lift for over 7 months now and it has worked flawlessly. We use it daily.
