59 year-old female and bad hips but this is my husbands chair and I have used it numerous times.

Speed, turn ratio, pretty much everything about it! Plug to the chair itself, is not that hard. You just have to make sure that it is in the right position!

It's a little heavier than expected, but not that bad.

I have arthritis in my knees and cannot walk for a long period of time.

Portable and works well on solid surfaces.

I have the 3-wheel mobility scooter, in retrospect I should have gotten a 4 wheeled scooter for stability. It would also be better if it were all-terrain, as it won't go on softer surfaces. Also the horn is useless because the volume is so low, it can barely be heard unless you are sitting on the scooter. |

Overall I am thankful to have this scooter. It has given me new freedom and the price is the best I've seen. The operation is easy and it adjusts to be comfortable on it.
