The measurement sheet came out perfect with your help.  Your larger brackets did the trick.  When we saw the instruction sheet I said, "o boy".  Step by step it came out great. "Very easy to read", my son said. I just have to tell you how much I love our AmeriGlide dumbwaiter! Our home has multilevels and to get the groceries to the kitchen from the garage, I have had to carry everything up a big flight of stairs for almost 20 years.  Well, needless to say, my back gave out.   My husband ordered the dumbwaiter in May, 2008 and it was installed by my husband, a retired contractor, soon after.  Everything was made exactly to specs, and fit our preconstructed shaft perfectly.  The materials used for the dumbwaiter are of very high quality, and is the most trouble free and safety conscience dumbwaiter on the market.   You have to be commended for your preciseness in taking our order, following through with the specs changes, and shipping.  I have so many good things to say about this product and will definitely recommend your company to my friends.
