Will recommend this to anyone in need of a stairlift.
| Cons | |

Delivery was right on time.
StairLift is great and was a good replacement, if you can no longer walk up the stairs. Everyone worked great at making connections for the installation on a short notice.

Wish I knew about the battery pack add-on but that may have been an unnecessary burden to install.

Started at 8 a.m. on Saturday morning and finished with adjustments and test runs by 1:30p.m. Very smooth. All measurements accurate. Extremely pleased.

Mother of a daughter with MS.
| Pros |
Easy to use. Runs smoothly. Fits nicely on the stairs and still allows for clearance for other users of the steps.
| Cons |
Ran into small problem with assembly. Apparently misread one of the steps for installing the chair.
| Service & Delivery |
There was a slight glitch while installing it, your very gracious and accommodating customer people took care of the situation and everything went smoothly to finish the install. Delivery time was better than expected.

My sister bought one of these stair lifts and was absolutely delighted with it, so I bought one for my daughter who is also absolutely delighted with it.

Treasurer and officer for the church
| Pros |
This is a great stair lift especially for the money. We had gotten numerous prices ranging all the way up to $10,000...which is ridiculous. I was surprised to find out how quiet it is. We've only had a very short time but so far a great purchase. |
| Cons |
We also installed a lock out mechanism and we don't like that a key has to be put in all locations...up, down and in the arm of the chair...what's with that?
Follow up from company would have been nice. No one followed up to see if we were happy with our purchase and installation. Plus no one ever seemed real excited when we contacted you and made the purchase. You guys need to work on that a bit. But a great product otherwise!!

63 & have arthritic knees
| Pros |
Love this stairlift..I had a knee injury that would not heal. Dr. recommended I not climb stairs which was impossible in our home. My husband installed by himself. My knees are thankful & so much better. |
| Cons |
Very heavy..really need help to install..but my husband did it by himself. Took a while to install for 1 person...
| Service & Delivery |
The salesteam was great and [were] very helpful with our questions. We were amazed that it arrived in three days.

This stairlift works great! We love the little green light which lights our hallway and stairwell at night. This product has been worth every penny.

| A Little About Myself |
Senior fellow, active, care giver
| Pros |
Solid construction. Easy to operate. Three control devices. Well designed seat & foot rest. Leaves adequate space to use stairs.
| Cons |
Took 9 hours to self-install. Handling & Installation requires two people. The seat "storage position" is unreliable (seat does not stay up}.
| Service & Delivery |
Delivery was very quick and ahead of the target delivery date. Service required was phone calls to clarify items during self install.
The product has been used very little to-date and typically will be used infrequently, perhaps once a week

Home Repairs / Remodeling
| Pros |
Final results speak for themselves. My Mom loves the ease of use, the cargo basket, & we can still use the stairs.
| Cons |
The top main chair & motor lift IS very heavy.
It would be great if the controllers were wireless
| Service & Delivery |
Customer Service & website extremely helpful. Delivery was on time as quoted.
Packages were a bit awkward to handle especially the chair box. The delivery man rolled it around like a spare tire.
Measuring, & installation was no problem as long as you have some mechanical skills. |
