The delivery was fast. No problems. But the service man was so far away, 6+ hours, that took longer. We didn't realize that the extra track was in one of the boxes, so he had to come back again. It took 2 weeks to get it installed. He did have experience with the lift. Just one of those things. Would be better if there were more service persons available.

Was unable to use steps and was in the house for months at a time! Now can come and go without harm. Like being released into life again. Thanks to my son for purchasing it for me. What a lifesaver!

Like I said, it's the best. I lug up my grocery's on this seat. I use to get out of breath carrying them up to the 1st floor. When it comes to this stair lift, I'm one happy camper. Now my dog loves to ride up and down with me. She loves it too!!!!!

I purchased this for my 79 year-old Mother and she just loves it! She has both knees replaced and both shoulders are damaged so walking up and down stairs was difficult at best. My nephew installed this himself and she loves it. A few weeks after the install, she had to have her hot water tank replaced and there was no problem getting it down the steps when she folded the chair up even though her stairwell is a bit narrow. I can't say how much peace of mind I now have for her.

It is now so easy and SAFE to get my mother out for her MD appts, etc... Prior to the chair had to have lift and carry help... Now it's a one person event and SAFE... No risk of falls...
