Free shipping applies to all products except stair lifts, dumbwaiters, and vertical platform lifts delivered anywhere in the lower 48 states. Products can be delivered to Hawaii, Alaska, and internationally with additional charges for freight. All products will be drop shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. Delivery time will depend on your location and which item you select. An elevator must be available for second story or higher deliveries.
Stair Lifts: AmeriGlide AC and DC units ship in 2-4 days via Fed Ex or UPS from the KC factory. HD units and Ultras take 6-10 days to build. Ultras are shipped via common carrier.
Wheelchair Lifts: Most are in stock and will ship next day from a variety of warehouses. Most lifts ship Fed Ex or UPS.
Dumbwaiters: Build time is 15-20 days. All units are shipped via common carrier (truck) straight from the KC factory.
Vertical Platform Lifts: Residential lifts in 28", 52", and 72" heights ship in 3 days via common carrier. Tall Tower, Portable, and Commercial lifts require 2-6 weeks to build depending on the time of year and options selected. They also ship via common carrier. Freight costs are extra and depend on the height of the unit and the delivery options selected.
