As promised, here's the picture of the stair lift install. I did it all by myself and I will be 69 on the 20th. My brother in law was going to help but I couldn't resist playing with it before... and one thing led to another...
Received my 2 stair lifts on Monday and installed them both on Wednesday. They work great! My wife is excited about her accessibility to our 2nd floor.
I received the two stair lifts last week. I got them both installed without difficulty. My wife now has a way to utilize both stories of our home without selling our home to buy a single level home. These lifts will make life much easier for both of us. My brother and I just finished installing our new AmeriGlide lift. Just wanted to tell you it was just as easy to install as you said. Took us about 1 1/2 hours and that included taking a break. Our momma can finally get up the stairs to her bedroom and she is so happy. We will recommend your product to anyone we know who is struggling with climbing the stairs.

I just wanted to write and tell you how pleased with are with the AmeriGlide Chairlift. My son and I installed it Saturday in about 4 hours with him doing the "grunt" work while I enjoyed my coffee and read the instructions. We were frankly surprised and very pleased to have received such a well-engineered, high quality product. It is, perhaps, a sad commentary on the times but we have come to expect less and usually get what we expect. This was not the case with the AmeriGlide equipment; the materials and workmanship were up to the highest standards. I'd like to thank you for your great and timely assistance in getting my wife's stair lift up and running so quickly. We just wanted to give you an update. Lift arrived complete and undamaged. I installed on Monday Memorial Day in about four hours and is in use currently.

Just a note to day thanks...I just installed a DC powered lift for a friend of mine....the lift fit perfectly, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. the pieces were all clearly marked and everything went together just as you said it would...the fit and finish of the product was exceptionally nice for the price...and it works great...thanks

Thank you for all the help with the stairlift. I am sure you hear this quite often but the product you sold me is going to make a great difference in my life now. For quite some time I have been limited to the downstairs portion of my home, making it work and now I have access to the whole house.....it's like a new home.

I am up in Iowa City right now having successfully installed the lift when I got here yesterday. You were correct in that it took about four hours (and that was with me taking my time on each step to avoid mistakes). The unit is fully functional, fits the stairway perfectly, and is exactly what my parents wanted. Thanks again for your help and the best of luck for you in the future!
