| A Little About Myself | Average Health, Mobility problems - knees |
| Pros | Safe, Sturdy, Ease of use |
| Cons | Bulky, Company support, Strap slippage |
| Service & Delivery | The product arrived quickly and the hitch specialist who installed it did so with only a few problems. When I arrived and together we tried to raise the strap up to pick up the scooter, it stopped half-way up. When we started it again, there was a grinding sound and stopped again. He was able to fix it over the next few days - the belt was off the track. All we can figure is that the belt twisted in some way. He was not impressed with the quality of the area where the strap was pulled up. Once he fixed it, it has worked fine the four times I've used it. Of even greater concern is the fact that over a week I contacted your service department twice by phone and never received any reply. |
| Because of problems walking very far, I use a portable scooter for [...]/mall shopping and for touring museums/zoo/county fair/sports events. It was difficult to get the scooter in and out of my van without my husband's help. Now I can do it easily by myself! It has opened up a whole new level of independence for me. | |

| A Little About Myself | Elderly, Caregiver, Average Health |
| Pros | Sturdy, Easy Storage, Lightweight, Safe |
| Cons | Arm needs to be longer, Further reach in vehicle |
| with a power chair the limited reach into vehicle makes setting the chair down inside to be awkward....a longer arm would help with this problem I did however convince my neighbor to buy this instead of having an outside lift platform installed | |

| I was advised by my Doctor before I had a Pace Maker implant that I would need a lift for my wife's scooter. Boy am I glad I bought this unit, it is perfect for our Chrylser Pacifica. I also think it will work on my Chevelot S-20 P/U. Anyway I have ordered an extra vehicle wiring set so I can install this on my pickup. I find I use it all the time now even after several months since I have had surgery . Wow what a great product. Warren Underwood Abilene, Texas | |
