A little deception in marketing

A Little About Myself Caregiver
Pros Safe, Lightweight
Cons
Product is fine. The marketing leads one to believe you receive what is shown, unit as ordered did not have the back panel side flaps. Found out during ordering process had to add features like padded seat and sliding seeat to get to the pictured unit in the web marketing, and each add added cost, found that to be a little deceptive.
AmeriGlide replies:
Thank you for the feedback. We apologize for the misunderstanding and certainly did not mean to mislead you. We feel the image shown, with the optional headrest and optional swivel seat, is the best way to quickly impress upon our customers the potential of this lift.

Service & Delivery The service was execellent, received it sooner than expected, these people were easy to deal with and gave me all the answers I needed
My wife had become immoblie due to a cancer condition and the medication required to stop seizures. This device allowed us to get her into the bath and let her again enjoy a bubble bath, it just works as advertised

A Little About Myself Caregiver
Pros Lightweight
Cons Flimsy
This is used by an 82 year old woman with physical disabilities. Only draw backs so far are that the sliding seat doesn't slide and the tub has to be filled up to plug to even begin to sit under water.

Independence Regain!

A Little About Myself Caregiver
Pros Lightweight, Sturdy, Safe, Easy Storage
Cons
My mother had a stroke 8 years ago and had been unable to get into the bath tub until we brought the bathlift. She had her very first bath about two weeks ago when the bathlift arrived. The whole experience is terrific. The bathlift is worth it's weight in gold! My mother takes a couple of baths per day. She sits and relax for about an hour each time and it's hard to get her out of the tub! She has some independence regained due to the bathlift. Thanks,Sandra
