Installation Instruction manual pictures are very poorly made and it's hard to determine what you are looking at if you are not familiar with the product. A picture showing a wider view and something familiar in the background could help the user realize size and orientation.

Service was excellent (sales Person) and delivery was sooner than expected.

Shipping department should pack things better and batteries should be removed before shipping. In my unit the batteries came lose and damaged one of the optical remote control receivers. One end of the track cover was cracked and the track cable had the wrong gender pins on the charging port. My sales person was very helpful and replaced the damaged parts very quickly.

Remote call boxes: are cheaply made, probably will not last.
Would be nice to have the charging strip longer so unit could be raised from bottom of the stairs to clear hallway when not in use.

Sevice Department very helpful!!! Delivery: Unit box dropped during delivery, If this box had been packed with the right amount / position of the packing material it would not have been damaged and 19" of track could have been saved

Could not adjust seat height down without filing hole on bracket. Cable to foot pad smashed because of incorrect placement. Hardware Pack Checklist not correct for this lift so 5 T bolts and nuts were missing

Wonderful product fron U.S.A. Fairly easy to install. Operates smoothly.

End cap on motor mounting was installed on wrong end, giving the impression that it was for reverse operation. Easily fixed but could cause serious problem for someone with out mechanical ability.

My mother now has the freedom and peace of mind she has slowly been losing over the years. I am so pleased that she can now do more things for herself without the stress of climbing the stairs.
