Battery connection was too short. Had to remove the covers and reroute the wires to make the connection.

Good service. Received call to discuss the options of waiting for a used unit or getting a new one. Delivery was quick.

Bought a new stair lift unit to avoid the wait for a used one. Except for the short battery connection which required a little work-around, the installation was easy and quick. The chair works great. |
