They were excellent and the installer was a real professional.
The product is top notch and the pricing is definitely affordable by a small church. The customer service representative that I first talked too was outstanding.

Old School
Pros
No small flimsy parts. Great design.
Cons
Instruction booklet should have better overview at beginning.
Service & Delivery
On time and well packaged
A pleasant surprise compared to most items similarly purchased today. Straightforward, well thought-out and engineered. Installation was not difficult for me and my son. Eighty -eight year old mother-in-law loves it. Simple, quiet operation. Had great support from the company. All questions answered honestly and completely. Well worth the price. Did I say solid?

Simple strong design

A Little About Myself
Civil engineer, computer tech, handyman
Pros
I like the relatively simple, yet strong design. It is basically an electric cable winch mounted on wheels in a track with a seat on top. It is easy to install and setup. The install video on the Web site is very helpful. I like the full AC option as there are no batteries to mess with.
Cons
I had to adjust the power cord to get the chair to travel as low as possible at the bottom end to meet my daughter's special needs. This need is probably very rare for most installs.
Service & Delivery
Easy to order. Delivered promptly and completely.
I ordered one stair lift to see how it would work. Then I ordered two more to take care of the other half of split level stairs and an inside stairway to the garage level. Highly recommend renting a professional grade hammer drill to drill holes in concrete! Makes that job fast and easy. I used Tapcon concrete screws.

A Little About Myself
DIY kind of guy
Pros
The components appear to be very well built and sturdy. Ordering was a breeze, and everything arrived exactly as expected. It took about 3 hours start to finish, but probably could have done it in less time; I like to double & triple check everything I do.
Cons
None that I can really think of.
Service & Delivery
As expected
Very good product for the price. I was expecting to pay double the amount that I did, and I certainly didn't figure to be able to install it myself. Happily, I was wrong on both counts.

Excellent Purchase!

A Little About Myself
Older male engineer.
Pros
The two stairlifts we purchased were a life saver for my wife after back surgery. All of our bedrooms are upstairs and would not have been able to have a normal life during her recovery if not for the stairlifts. I am even 58 years old and was able to install them by myself whether I should have done that or not.The one heavy part was the challenging thing to get up the stairs. My wife constantly says how they were her lifesaver when riding them up or down the stairs.
Cons
The manual was a little confusing in a couple of spots but being an engineer I was able to figure out what they meant. A person that does not work on cars, house, etc. should probably not tackle the installation themselves.
Service & Delivery
They arrived on my front porch exactly when they were supposed to arrive.

The unit is just outstanding and I have recommended it to several other people who have similar cirmcumstances coming up.
