The outdoor installation went ok. It took about three hours in the hot July weather. Me and three others did all the hard stuff. We put the mounts on before we ran the bottom control wire and had to take it off to install the cable. It kept letting the cable go until we ran a chalk line and made sure all was completely level. Now the stair lift runs perfect.

The only thing that was not quite right was the length of cable going down to the bottom was a couple of feet short but the wire on the control made up the difference alright.

The service was Good and when they finally shipped the unit it got here in one day.

All-in-All it was a good experience and my sister who we got the unit for, was very happy. Me and my other Sister also both need to use it when we visit.
