One little mix-up from factory, but sales rep was quick to remedy the situation.

Needs to have better labeled electrical connections from and to locations on the unit itself. Better color photos would also aid in the routing of the wiring.

The interlock and wiring needs better instructions. We spent more time than necessary and needed multiple calls to tech support for items which could have been handled in the manual.

Fits well inside my garage. Not sure how well it would stand up in an outside environment. Easy to install. Even my wife uses it to bring in heavy items.
