Great Product

Pros
Easy to install. Great directions.
Cons
The method used to keep the seat stowed in the upright position is not very good. There are only some protruding screws and it takes a lot of force to lift the seat past the screws. We used a bungy cord!
See above in the cons section.

A Little About Myself
58 year-old with arthritic knees.
Pros
Great value, easy to install, very sturdy and reliable.
Cons
Service & Delivery
Delivered quickly.

I love this Stairlift! My husband had it installed in just a couple of hours, and I've used it every day for a couple of months now. I live in a two story home, and we were beginning to think we'd have to move because the stairs were getting too much for me to navigate. No more! Thanks so much for offering this life-saver at such a reasonable price!
